Cooper House has a commitment to ensure that every family is able to access our services regardless of your ability to pay. Please speak with your clinician about setting up alternate payment, if needed. We are able to help some families afford services through a sliding-fee arrangement, and a few families receive services pro bono.
Our standard per-visit fee ranges from $125 to $165 depending on the type of visit. There are two options of payment: utilize your insurance or pay out of pocket. If we are not on your insurance company's panel, you may opt to use your out-of-network benefits; we can help you learn what your benefits will cover. Payment at the time of services is preferred and appreciated.
We accept payment by check, credit or debit cards.

(Note: Some HSA cards don't work with the online payment system. Please call the office to have the HSA card run by the Office Manager).
Cooper House requires 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24-hours notice, you will be charged for the visit. Missed appointments are not covered by insurance. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
