Cooper House has a commitment to ensure that every family is able to access our services regardless of your ability to pay. Please speak with your clinician about setting up alternate payment, if needed. We are able to help some families afford services through a sliding-fee arrangement, and a few families receive services pro bono.

Our standard per-visit fee ranges from $125 to $195 depending on the type of visit. There are two options of payment: utilize your insurance or pay out of pocket. If we are not on your insurance company's panel, you may opt to use your out-of-network benefits; we can help you learn what your benefits will cover. Payment at the time of services is preferred and appreciated.

Missed Appointments

Cooper House requires 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 48-hours notice, you will be charged for the visit according to your fee agreement. Missed appointments are not covered by insurance.
