Fees
Cooper House strives to make our services accessible to a wide variety of families. We provide a cash rate scale based on household income and work with families to set up flexible payment plans if needed.
Our assessment fees range from $140 - $180 depending on the type of visit, while our ongoing therapy visits range from $140 - $160. We are in-network with most insurances and can submit visit claims to non-contracted insurance if out-of-network benefits are available. For families without insurance, we encourage you to apply for free or low-cost Apple Health insurance here: https://www.wahealthplanfinder.org/.

Payments
We accept online payment by credit or debit cards (no ACH bank payments). Therapy clients can use FSA/HSA account cards to pay for services. When using your FSA/HSA account card, make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to pay the amount entered or you will get an error message. Partial payments are accepted.
To make a payment online, click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
CLIENTS: enter your name, invoice, or account ID in the field titled ‘Payment Reference’.
FAN: include your Invoice# along with your name in the ‘Payment Reference’ field.
OF NOTE: Do not use a stored wallet to automatically populate the fields. You must enter the card information manually or else you will get an error/decline message.
Payments are limited to $5,000. Please separate any payments that are more than this limit.

Missed Appointments
Cooper House requires 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 48-hours notice, you will be charged for the visit according to your fee agreement. Missed appointments are not covered by insurance.
